The CIRCUS party was created by vampish Valeze frontwoman Tiffany Randol and kicked off in New York City in September 2003 as a way to create a wild, sexy underground rocknroll party with a mixture of visual and live performance artists could combine forces. CIRCUS features NYC's hottest up and coming DJ's, bands, variety performers, visual artists, and go-go dancers.
